Professional Brokers Needed
Our nationwide team of professional practice brokers is expanding. To join our team of brokers, the following qualifications are desired:
- Current real estate license
- Previous involvement buying, selling, valuation and brokering pharmacies.
- Business brokerage credentials from one of the following membership associations preferred:
- Education or Certification from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA)
- Certified Business Intermediary (CBI)
- Appraisal and valuation education or experience including:
- Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA)
- National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA)
- American Society of Appraisers (ASA)
- Previous experience in commercial real estate
- Knowledge of pharmacy management or consulting background including: pharmacy-based business, marketing, or economic trends
